Easter was a hoot here on Ibiza, especially at Akasha in San Carlos. A four day programme in the club at legendary music venue Las Dalias offered diversity and distinction.
Across the extended weekend, those in-the-know gathered to see DJs and live acts, ranging from Shimza and David Mayer, to Roy Rosenfold to Oceanvs Orientalias. The heady public holiday culminated with Ethereal on Easter Sunday.
We'd understand if you thought you'd missed out. Luckily for anyone on the island this coming weekend, Akasha's springtime programme continues to deliver with an enthralling line-up.
The vogue club brings us closer to the long-awaited summer, kicking-off with The Soundgarden's Nick Warren on Friday night.
Friday 22 April | Nick Warren
Progressive House master Nick Warren sets the bar very high at the beginning of the weekend. Joined by Gustin on support, The Soundgarden veteran is sure to be the hottest ticket on the island this week.
Enveloping crowds in dreamy soundscapes and organic tones, label-owner Nick fills clubs all over the world. The DJ who began his career touring with Massive Attack before signing with Cream, is one the most respected in the business.
If you have any spirit left in you to continue dancing after an intense holy week, don't miss this party. Trust us. Nick Warren and Gustin come Ibiza Spotlight-certified.

Saturday 23 April | Valentín Huedo
Saturday rides the wave of momentum with another assured booking. Music director Igor Marijuán invites his close friend and collaborator Valentín Huedo to take control of the Akasha booth.
Having grown-up on the island, Valentín is Ibiza in mind, body and soul and knows the musical geography of San Carlos and the north better than anyone.
Valentín is joined by Bloem. Floaty House music in the style of All Day I Dream is what can be expected on this well-crafted night.
Sunday 24 April | The Gardens Of Babylon
International clubbing brand The Gardens Of Babylon returns to Akasha for the second edition of its Ibiza party.
This special party starts-off on Las Dalias' gorgeously Balearic terrace at midday, family-friendly with free-admission. Igor Marijuán himself will be in control of the decks. Then at 19:00 we move inside, where The Gardens Of Babylon's skilled entertainers will put you in a trance. For the latter half of the party, you will need to pay for admission. Cheapest online, of course, and available exclusively through us.
Akasha is generally a dark space, but The Gardens Of Babylon crew inject vivid colour into their events.
