Latest piece of good news to break this weekend is the official reopening of Nikki Beach Ibiza on the beachfront at S’Argamassa - returning for the 9th season on Ibiza, with their unique brand of poolside escapism. Thursday 27 May, from 11am, is the date for your diary and table and bed reservations can be placed now.
All of the ingredients are there for the Celebration of Life; live music performance, DJs spinning great tunes and, of course, that iconic pool. As always, the emphasis is on great quality cuisine, with an updated menu for summer ’21, and the ever-popular brunches will be returning from 6 June.
