The casual start of summer 2020 over in Mallorca is marked by the large multi-genre festival which takes place in the middle of May. The already brilliant line-up sees the addition of the Pet Shop Boys.
Hosting the very best in electronic music, hip-hop and pop, Mallorca Live Festival is one of Mediterranean's most respected large scale events. Taking over the Old Aquapark of Calvià, the three-day event offers a spectrum of musical genres across four stages.
Brand new for this year, the Tròpic stage serves up a sizzling blend of house and techno acts. Marcel Dettmann, Red Axes, &ME, Mano Le Tough, Cooper Saver, Or:la and Frink are all booked for this sun-drenched event - a line-up that rivals those on Ibiza all summer.
The main headline act is known for synth-pop smash hits which defined the early 80s. Neil Tennant and Chris Lowe, better known as the Pet Shop Boys, will perform an exhilarating live show on Saturday 16 May 2020 to an expected crowd of 25000 people.
A brilliant brunch of world-renowned artists will be joining them. Crystal Fighters, Miles Kane, Kate Tempest, Nathy Peluso, Michael Kiwanuka and Temples are only some of the star-studded names filling up the line-up list.
If any of the above tickles your fancy, then you can attend the Mallorca Live Festival from Thursday 14 until Saturday 16 May. Tickets and multiple-day passes can be purchased from the festival's website here
