After he was joined by fellow trance legends Above & Beyond at a special one-off party earlier this summer, Armin van Buuren is returning to Ushuaïa next month.
Hï Ibiza's Wednesday night resident is no stranger to the Night League's sister venue, having held his A State Of Trance (ASOT) party there for two summers from 2014 to 2015.
While his usual weekly slot allows him to play in front of fans in a darkened room with lasers cutting through, a return to the island's biggest outdoor venue gives him an opportunity to present his music in a different light altogether.
We're certainly looking forward to him making a triumphant return to poolside in the sun.
All the better than Armin will be the only act on the bill, meaning we'll be treated through the full scope of his repertoire. That will surely mean trance classics, as well as EDM, are you afraid of 138bpm selections and maybe even some Gaia material?
Expect the usual incredible production that comes as standard both at Ushuaïa and at Armin's worldwide ASOT shows. The Dutchman plays "SOLO" - all day long on Friday 20 September.
