Music On Daytime has already delivered four blockbuster shows at Destino this summer. Off the success of those parties, the powers that be have added a further event to the programme. The extra party on Thursday 1 August takes the remaining show count to four.
Joining the Marco Carola on this occasion will be none other than electroclash saucepot Kittin. Bill Patrick - a regular at the venue during RUMORS' tenure - is charged with warm-up duties.
Much can be said of the offer of back-to-back partying at multiple venues in a short vicinity. Not that there was any doubt, but Signor Carola proving what an asset he has been to Pacha Group since his acquisition.
Already this summer, Carola has invited the likes of Joseph Capriati, Jamie Jones, Hot Since 82 and Paco Osuna to Pacha's stunning Cap Martinet venue. Each one with scintillating results.
Having already confirmed the dates with Damian Lazarus (22 August), Seth Troxler (5 September) and the mighty Carl Cox (3 October), this new addition to the calendar suggests the Destino-Pacha Thursday combo is working well.
Not that we're surprised by the success in any way. Last summer, Marco's one-off at Destino was amongst the busiest and best parties of all 2018.
Veering ever closer to the peak of the summer, the island is set to reach high capacity with the parties will never come as thick and fast. The first weekend in August is always a season milestone for these reasons, and now Music On and Marco Carola are starting it in style.
After Music On Daytime has ended, don't forget to join the migration downhill to Ibiza Town where the party continues into the night at Pacha. On 1 August, Carola is joined by Marco Faraone and Hector by night. Lest we forget about Cassy's Playhouse in Pachacha either.
