Calvin Harris confirms his Ushuaïa Ibiza guests

Doesn't get much bigger than this.

Following some explosive appearances last summer, Calvin Harris returns to Ibiza, this time at the glamorous Ushuaïa Ibiza. Taking time out from his flash Vegas residency, producing for Rihanna and dating pop stars, the superstar is set to make Friday nights his own.

The world's wealthiest DJ has spared no expense in signing an elite roster to his condensed six-week residency. Though Ushuaïa Ibiza could probably sell out on his name alone, the Scot is bringing along some famous friends.

The glitzy opening party on Friday 2 August will see Calvin share the booth with chart-topping trio and former collaborators, the Disciples. The UK outfit, famed for a string of hits, returns for a second appearance at the tail end of the month on 30 August.

Support for the opening comes from legendary trance producer Michael Woods, under his hot new house-moniker Offaiah and Oz export Generik.

Week two sees another Aussie and boss of the increasingly essential Solotoko records, Sonny Fodera as Mr Harris' main guest. Radio 1 host Monki and Jamie River complete an international affair.

Reaching the halfway point of the residency, Spinnin Records' Mercer joins our host on the iconic Ushuaïa stage. Island natives the Mambo Brothers add a Balearic twist to proceedings on 16 August.

Delving into the second half of the series, Calvin invites another prolific dance music producer to play next to him. Blasé Boys Club's Duke Dumont is the man in question. Pan-Atlantic underground star Secondcity adds further A-list power on 23 August.

By the penultimate date, the party will be in full swing. Scottish house duo Illyus & Barrientos and Generik are the acts joining Calvin & Disciples on that occasion.

Finally, the mid-summer mini-residency is wrapped-up with Calvin Harris, Mambo Brothers, Generik and Frenchman Tchami on 2 September. Short but, oh so sweet!

Six dates blockbuster dates only point towards Ushuaïa most likely selling out. With the island at its peak capacity over this period, tickets are going to be very precious for the return of one of electronic music's biggest personalities.
