Undercatt | Britannia | Diynamic Music | 16 April
Italian master duo are at it again with Britannia, the opening track on their latest release on Diynamic. Part of the third episode of the label's new series, “Picture:” the melodic deep house tune builds up to a techno release. Undercatt will be playing the Diynamic showcase at Pyramid at Amnesia this summer on 23 July.
Sabb | Full Moon Tale Ft Daví (Original Mix) | Radiant | 6 April
Kosovan-born, Swiss-based DJ and producer Sabb collaborates with Daví to bring us immersive tune Full Moon Tale, blending deep and melodic house and techno with earth-shaking grooves that takes off on a deeply melodic journey.
Mark Reeve | Far Away (Original mix) | Drumcode | 2 April
One of Drumcode's greatest, Mark Reeve is back on Adam Beyer's label with fierce EP Far Away. Kicking off with a strong click and kick, the title track heads into synth arpeggios and varying percussive elements. When the riff synths come on, the seduction is complete.
Trikk | Vilara (Original Mix) | Innervisions | 20 April
His third release on Dixon and Âme's Innervisions imprint, Vilara by Portuguese producer Trikk fits the label to a tee. Original and creative, the deep house tune explores electronic music constructions free of confines.
O.C. & Verde | Hex | Filth On Acid | 27 April
Named "ones to watch" in 2017, Manchester duo O.C. & Verde make their debut on Filth on Acid with this melodic techno banger. Driving mid-tempo drums, punchy kicks, icy hi-hats and cascading keys make Hex a captivating dance floor driver.
Johannes Volk | A Little Story About Time and Space | Cocoon Recordings | 13 April
Cocoon Recordings gives us unyielding high energy techno at its best with A Little Story About Time and Space. Compelling arpeggios and conspicuous harmonies drive the piece, with an underlying Detroit mood and a dab of trance giving it emotional impact. The latest by Johannes Volk, this one makes for the perfect sunrise tune.
Harry Romero feat Robert Owens | Back (Deep Jersey Mix | Subliminal | 9 April
With this remix of his own Back, Harry Romero gives us that classic house feeling. Released on Subliminal, the tune brings together dark and mystical undercurrents with the inspiring vocals of Robert Owen. An essential night out tune, this track is bound to get the dance floor going.
Acid Eyes | My Ghost (VIP Mix) | Vintage Music Label | 16 April
After the great success and Solomun's support at last year's Tomorrowland, My Ghost is back in this new VIP version. Acid Eyes give the deep house tune a shake.
Cassy x Pete Moss | You Gotta Know | Kwench Records | 27 April
Released on her newly launched label Kwench Records, You Gotta Know sees Cassy collaborating with Pete Moss for a sensual deep house ride. With this fourth EP, she continues her quest to create house music with esteemed producers.
DJ Koze | Pick Up | Pampa Records | 13 April
Looping a disco break sample from 1998 classic Music Sounds Better With You with voice sample of Gladys Knight from 1972 Neither One of Us, and you have it. DJ Koze creates Pick Up, likely to be one of the tunes of this upcoming summer. Simple yet brilliant.
