Black Coffee discloses full season line-up

South Africa's biggest house music export packs some real continental heat in year two.

Black Coffee has announced the week-by-week line-ups of his Saturday night residency. The night was one of the success stories of last summer, and it carries that momentum into season two.

June is bursting with talent – there's no suggestion of being a slow burner here. You can catch island favourites Jamie Jones and Luciano on consecutive weeks. There also appearances by Saved boss Nic Fanciulli and a live performance by Innervisions' Henrik Schwarz.

Meanwhile in the Housekeeping hosted Club Room there are turns from Traumer, Andhim, Eli & Fur, Hector and The Mekanism.

Moving into July, the temperature gauge flips into the red. Desert house comes courtesy of Lee Burridge and Black Motion at the start of the month, with Bedouin and Red Axes following in a similar vein later on.

Arguably the biggest is saved for last, Apollonia join Black Coffee in The Theatre as we hit peak season. The Parisian collective will play an extended back-to-back-to-back in one of the standout dates of the summer.

Next door, Audiofly, Emanuel Satie and Matthias Meyer keep the standard of guest high.

By the time we hit the roasting temperatures of August, things are in full swing. Honey Dijon, Âme's Frank Wiedemann, Guy Gerber and Benji B form an eclectic range of high profile guests.

Not to be outdone, Housekeeping boast Secondcity, Lauren Lane and Kaz James amongst their cohorts – providing widespread international representation.

The temperature may cool slightly in September, but Black Coffee keeps the barometer reading at dizzying heights with The Black Madonna, Nastia, Blond:ish, Culoe du Song and Andrea Oliva.

Most notably, after already confirming a handful of early-season Ibiza dates, Loco Dice is rubber-stamped for the penultimate party in 2018's series.

Black Coffee's debut residency last season was one of the most talked about parties of the summer. The main man himself served up steamy sets of deep house music with intoxicating rhythms and real depth week after week.

Although his thoroughbred guests brought a touch of star-power to proceedings, it was the host who was the backbone. This might make his one all night long set in The Theatre one of the juiciest dates on the calendar.

Throughout the season, there will also be regular appearances from Black Coffee's closest friends, including Salomé, De Capo, Mandar and Enoo Napa.

Of course, with ANTS happening across the road at Ushuaïa beforehand, this is the perfect Playa d'en Bossa carry-on. We expect lots of clubbers to once again take this option as the natural progression.

The closing party line-up is still under wraps, but we already know the impressive bill for the opening. Our esteemed host is joined by Keinemusik's &Me and Blond:ish, with Guy Mantzur, Serge Devant and Audiofly supporting Housekeeping.

Not only does it open up the residency but also the venue itself this year, which goes some way to expressing how valuable Hï Ibiza regards the South African export.
