Hot Since 82 reveals names for Labyrinth

A Labyrinth Story packs in the A-listers for what's shaping up to be a special season two of Fridays at Pacha.

After the success of year one, Hot Since 82 is back at the helm of Friday nights at Pacha. Here's who will be joining him this season. Hold on tight.

This year the concept is A Labyrinth Story - and what a story it is. From disco to house, tech-house to techno, Labyrinth is a party that gives the island a platform to widen its musical horizon.

The 21-week run starts on 25 May with HS82, Matt Tanzmann, Butch and La Fleur. And that's just the beginning.

Husband and wife dynasty Adam Beyer and Ida Engberg return for two of their chemistry-filled back-to-backs.

Legendary wildman DJ Harvey returning for a second consecutive year is another huge coup for Labyrinth. One of the last remaining hedonists, Harvey's love affair with the island is well-documented.

Pete Tong – a familiar fixture at Pacha down the years – will be back where he belongs under the cherries. Fellow Radio 1 alumni and master of melancholy Kölsch is also down.

Industry heavyweights Sasha and Carl Craig are also invited back, plus there are two turns each from Nic Fanciulli and Steve Lawler. Maya Jane Coles, Tiga and Skream also have their own Labyrinth story to tell.

Continuing with the big names, Matthias Tanzmann, Heidi, George FitzGerald and Miss Kittin are all involved across the length of the season. Other familiar faces include Eats Everything, Agoria, Butch and Nick Curly.

In terms of new additions, deep NYC master Kerri Chandler is one-such blockbuster signing. In a roster packed with pedigree, he joins fellow house legends Armand Van Helden, David Morales and Erick Morillo, the latter of whom plays four times in his old stomping ground.

Arguably the biggest news here is that Dubfire and Sharam's super-tandem Deep Dish reform for their first Ibiza date since 2015.

In terms of live acts, multi-disciplinarian Henrik Schwarz will appear for the first time. Meanwhile, maestros Guti and Martin Buttrich unite for one of their improvised double-acts.

Last year's residents La Fleur and Matthias Meyer return with multiple dates again in 2018, along with the new addition of HAAi. The well-travelled DJ comes with an incredible collection of world music, and her inclusion should be considered an astute move.

There are also appearances from Pacha's in-house residents Alex Kennon and Angel Linde.

With everything thrown into the mix, the expanse of music and lack of boundaries reflect an ethos true to the island's heritage.
