Sa Capella is back for 2018 with a touch of Thai

Famed restaurant opens today 18 April blending the old with the new. .

Tradition with a twist is on the menu at Sa Capella for 2018, with a reworked food offering blending its traditional dishes with some new Thai-inspired ones.

The famed restaurant, just outside San Antonio, opens its doors today 18 April, where diners can now eat from an ever-greater choice of fine food.

In this atmospheric eatery, choose from the vaulted ceiling of its interior with its beautiful olive tree sculpture or dine on the chilled outside terrace and catch a gorgeous San Antonio sunset.

Two popular meat dishes on your wish list, should be the Chateaubriand or Ox steaks, both for sharing, with the ox served with a hot stone so diners can cook their meat to their own taste of rare or well done.

Sa Capella's home-made Hierbas

Some great fish dishes feature on the menu with a great selection of lovely starters and their desserts that come on the generous side.

No meal at Sa Capella would be complete without the complementary bottle of in-house produced Hierbas, the local Ibizan herb liqueur that all diners get to round off their meals.

Visitors to this place will love the big nod to service and the traditional uniforms sported by the waiters, harking back to a golden age of restaurants.

For a touch of high class in a spectacular setting, make your way to Sa Capella this summer 2018.
