Coco Beach closing - Bavarian style

This Saturday is full of fun!.

Situated at the far end of Playa d'en Bossa this weekend will be a little piece of Bavaria at the Coco Beach closing party. Called the ‘Oktoberfest Edition', this seasonal finale of this beach club promises to push the season that little bit further in this fun event starting at 2pm on Saturday 31 October.

The stunning setting, excellent service and great drinks will still be included and they hope so will you. You'll have to listen out for the traditional pronouncement of “O´zapft is” meaning it's tapped, signalling the opening of the Oktoberfest beer barrel, from which point expect the traditional Bavarian beer to be flowing throughout the festivities.

Adding to the Teutonic atmosphere will be the specially flown in Bavarian folk music band called Wies n Buam which will be showcasing its special style of music. There will be a line-up of DJs for later on as well live performances and shows to keep everybody entertained as the day goes on. Returning for the closing party will be performances from Arte Volante, who put on a live fashion show for the opening party in May. This time, they'll be descending from the skies to shock and delight the guests at this great venue.

Last year Coco Beach celebrated its tenth anniversary and can be said to one of the originals that has helped to bring Playa d'en Bossa the prominence it now enjoys amongst the many tourists and locals that go there. It also recently released Volume 4 of its Coco Beach Ibiza CD collection featuring some chilled sounds compiled by Paul Lomax.

There will be lots of traditional food on offer from this part of Germany for the closing party, so you can try out some delicious treats to go with your beer or cocktail. So, dig out your dirndl and locate your lederhosen and let your imagination run wild Bavarian style.
