If you're in Santa Eulalia tomorrow, Friday 24th October, then don't miss the 'Segon Tapaví.' The what? It's a tapas and wine day in Santa Eulalia's street of restaurants, Calle San Vicente, organised by the restaurants and shops in the street, collectively known as Bongusto, and supported by the town council.

The idea, and it's a good one, is to showcase the food and wine on offer in the street by providing lashings of the stuff at extremely economical prices. Starting at 20.30 you'll be able to sample a selection of tapas, desserts and wine for only €10! And when we tell you that the wine's provided by local growers at Can Rich and Can Maymo then you'll realise what great value for money and high quality it will be.

Footnote: A tapeo is like an evening stroll – a paseo – but stopping for a nibble in the frequent tapas bars along the way!
