If your idea of a good Ibiza holiday is a slow comfortable screw followed by sex on the beach topped off with a screaming orgasm then you'll be interested to hear of the new cocktail competition taking place next week on the island.
Phase one of the long journey to become world champion cocktail making barman starts at the Hotel Los Molinos, where 50 competitors from Ibiza will use a maximum of 7 ingredients to make a lurid alcoholic concoction in a fancy glass. The winner could eventually find himself in the world's cocktail capital, Helsinki (?) for the finals.
As the competition is only for making cocktails and not actually inventing an innuendo laden name for these most sophisticated of beverages we thought we'd have our own competition for the official name of our very own Spotlight cocktail. So send your entries for an amusing and witty cocktail name featuring the word Spotlight to me stephen@ibiza-spotlight.com and we'll think of a suitable prize for the best entry.
