On Sunday 12 June from 19:00 h, get ready to enjoy a spectacular pairing experience, in which the onsite chef, Andrés Fernández, will design a special tasting menu to pair with the fabulous selection of wines from the winery Vins de la Memoria, the personal project of the Catalan sommelier Xavi Nola. With each dish, you will be served white, rosé and red wines produced under the criteria of organic farming, with wild yeasts and spontaneous fermentation, that will pair perfectly with Fernández's exotic menu.
