Colourful and lively market which takes over almost every street in the small village of San Juan. Specialising in organic produce, home-made food and drinks and artisan crafts, with good quality trinkets, jewellery and clothes too.
Additionally, many artists showcase their work in a special area behind the church, with paintings, sculptures and more. From midday, live bands play on the stairs of the village square. There is a good choice of local restaurants and bars as well as some more upmarket ones.
The market is very popular with island residents and holidaymakers alike; it is quite large and well worth a visit.
