The event Estrellas contra el cáncer (Stars Against Cancer), which will bring together a total of nine chefs awarded with the famous Michelin stars, will take place at the amazing STK Ibiza restaurant on 8 October at 20:00 h to raise funds to help Aspanob, the Association of Parents of Children with Cancer of the Balearic Islands.
This unique and special event, promoted by Eating in Ibiza together with the Ibiza Town Hall, the Consell d'Eivissa and the chef Óscar Molina, will feature none other than the Portuguese Henrique Sá Pessoa, Mario Sandoval from Madrid, Víctor Martín from León, the famous Paco Roncero, Óscar García, Luis Veira, Álvaro Garrido and Carles Abellán.
Aspanob works mainly with children with cancer in the Balearic Islands and their families. In the case of Ibiza and Formentera, the support is aimed for all those who have to travel to Mallorca because they cannot receive treatment in the Pitiusas.
The event is thought for approximately 170 people, will consist of a menu designed entirely by all the chefs and costs 150 € per person.
