Once again, San Antonio introduces its annual gastronomic event Restaurat, marking the transition from summer to autumn and winter.
This event is tailored for both locals and tourists eager to relish dishes that fuse traditional and Ibiza-inspired flavours. The fifteenth edition of this event is dedicated to celebrating the versatility of rice. Anticipate a feast of paellas, seafood rice specialities, hearty rice concoctions, and a plethora of other classic recipes where rice takes centre stage.
Participants will be able to choose between the 'Restaurat Menu', which includes a starter, main course, and dessert, or the 'Degustaurat Menu', a tasting menu for sharing, focused on corporate dinners and groups, and featuring local products as the main focus. The Degustaurat Menu consists of three to five courses and a dessert.
The specific restaurants taking part in the event are: Amazonia, Ample 32, Es Gerret, Es Rebost de Can Prats, Es Ventall, Galeón by Marco, Grill Sant Antoni, La Villa Portmany, S.Marí, Sa Palmera (Santa Agnès), Sa Prensa, and Zebra Steak & Grill.
The price per menu is €25 (drinks not included).
