One of Ibiza's most iconic restaurants reopens for summer 2016 this Thursday 12 May celebrating its 35th year.
This year, the restaurant ushers in the new season with a new menu concept, entitled “artistic outdoor cuisine” created by Dutch chef Gee Van Donselaar and served in the restaurant's handsome bougainvillea clad outside terrace.
