The V Edition of Ibiza Wellness Weekend, to be held on the weekend of 25, 26 and 27 October, will bring together great talents of the wellness sector in the education of healthy habits, this year focusing especially on sports activities such as fitness, personal development and mental health, in addition to organising a wide variety of outdoor sports and cultural and gastronomic activities.
It is an event with solidarity purposes, and wants to contribute -with a small donation per day- to the work of the Association Elena Torres for research against cancer.
The event will take place in different locations around the island. Here is the full programme:
FRIDAY, 25 OCTOBER
Theatrical visit to Dalt Vila, in the walled city of Eivissa, in its 25th Anniversary as a World Heritage City
SATURDAY, 26 OCTOBER
Morning: Visit to the natural environment close to the city with active sea and mountain tourism activities
Afternoon: A Big Yoga Masterclass, by a renowned international teacher, in the Port of Ibiza
SUNDAY, 27 OCTOBER
Masterclasses in various disciplines for the care of the body and mind at Agroturismo Atzaró & Spa hotel
