The village of Sant Jordi hosts next Friday 19 and Saturday 20 August a new edition of its Sub-Urban Festival. It is two days of rock, hip hop, trap and Latin music to promote the artists of the island, in addition to showcasing art exhibitions and sports related to the urban scene.
The first day will begin with the Ibiza hip hop groups Camaleónicos, St. Sharks, Rome and Xexu Cruz, followed by the young new band The New Young Polaks. Meanwhile, the graffiti artists Ardeseo, Ed Zumba, Chine and Fossi will show their art and techniques. Moreover, the circus Eivissa Omega will teach elements and new circus tactics where everyone can participate and learn.
The second day strikes back with hip hop concerts again by El Rubio de la South, Namodelarose and Cheef Kareem. The music will continue with the Ibizan hip hop, trap and rhythm & blues singer Mery Myles, to finally end up with the well-known indie-rock group Morning Drivers, recently returned from the Sonorama Ribera festival in Aranda de Duero. On the meanwhile, there will be an exhibition of skating with Ibiza Patina.
Do not miss these two days of sub-urban culture in the Plaza of Sant Jordi from 20:00 h.
