September marks the end of the season, and with it, the islanders celebrate Tourist Day as a big 'thank you' to all visitors to the island for choosing it as their holiday destination.

Ibiza Town
Thursday, 19 September:
Guided tour of Dalt Vila. At 10:30 in English and at 18:30 in Spanish. Starting point: Paseo de Vara de Rey. Registration at www.ibizafreetours.info.
At 19:00, exhibition of traditional Ibizan dance ("baile payés") and local product tasting at Paseo de las Pitiusas in Figueretes. At 20:00, theatrical tour of Dalt Vila. Registration at the Tourist Information Offices (+34 673 771 451 – informacioturistica@eivissa.es).
Friday, 20 September:
At 11:00, a tour of iconic shops in the city with local product tasting at Mercat Nou. Meeting point: Mercat Vell. Registration at the Tourist Information Offices (+34 673 771 451 – informacioturistica@eivissa.es).
Sunday, 22 September:
At 11:00, Ocean Tour conference to inform about the relationship between CO2 emissions and ocean acidification. In Sala Baleària (Avenida de Santa Eulalia, 17). Registration at the Tourist Information Offices: +34 673 771 451 – informacioturistica@eivissa.es.
Santa Eulalia
Thursday, 19 September:
Open house and craft exhibition at the Ethnography Museum of Eivissa and Ca n’Andreu des Trull (from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:30 to 20:00).
Guided train excursion through the beaches and coves of the municipality, departing from Cala Llonga beach and Plaza de España (next to the Town Hall).
From 10:00 to 13:00, guided electric bike tour along the Es Canar Cycling Route, reaching San Carlos.
At 13:30, a popular paella organised by the Es Canar Neighborhood Association.
Guided paddle-surf tour in Cala Llonga from 16:00 to 18:00.
Guided tour of the River Route (including visit to Puig de Missa church, Can Planetes Interpretation Center, and Barrau Hall) from 18:30 to 20:30, departing from Santa Eulalia Town Hall.
Glass-bottom boat excursion from Playa des Canar port, from 15:00 to 16:00.
Traditional Ibizan dance ("baile payés") performance and live music at 21:00 at the Town Hall Plaza, Cala Llonga beach, and Es Canar promenade.

San José
Thursday, 19 September:
At Cala de Bou and Punta Xinxó, there will be an exhibition of handmade mini llaüts (traditional Ibizan boats), tasting of typical Ibizan desserts, and a boat ride along the municipality’s coast from 11:30 to 14:00.
At the Playa d’en Bossa Tourist Information Office, there will be a traditional Ibizan craft exhibition and local product tasting from 17:00 to 21:00.
Also, from 17:30 to 20:00, there will be an information table on “Posidonia, our hidden treasure,” and from 19:45 to 20:40, a performance by Paco Fernández, creator of flamenco chill (fusion of Spanish guitar and electronic music), followed by a traditional dance ("baile payés") performance by the Sant Jordi de ses Salines Folklore Group at 20:40.
San Antonio
Thursday, 19 September:
Guided tour of BIBO Park from 11:00 to 14:00 (tickets are available at the Tourist Information Office and valid for both Thursday 19 and Friday 20).
From 11:00 to 14:00, Portmany Cruises will offer a maritime excursion along the northern part of the municipality (tickets at the Tourist Information Office).
The Carmen Tur museum collection and traditional craft exhibition will be open at the Molí d’en Simó Cultural Space from 10:00 to 13:30 and from 17:30 to 20:00.
The virtual reality educational and entertainment experience “Between the Sea and the Stars” will take place in front of the Tourist Information Office from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 .
At 20:00, a traditional Ibizan dance performance by the Colla de Can Bonet will be held at Paseo de ses Fonts.
An exhibition of oil paintings (José Torres) and fired enamel works (Conchi Menéndez) will take place from 18:00 to 21:00 at Sa Punta des Molí Cultural Space.
The exhibition “Eivissa, ca nostra” by painter Carmen Pérez Álvarez will be on display from 17:00 to 21:00 at Can Portmany Cultural Space in San Rafael.
San Juan
Friday, 20 September: Traditional Ibizan dance performance ("baile payés") and tasting of typical Ibizan desserts at 19:00 in Puerto de San Miguel.
Saturday, 21 September: Traditional Ibizan dance performance and tasting of typical Ibizan desserts at 18:00 in Cala de San Vicente. Traditional dance performance and dessert tasting at 19:30 in Portinatx.
