Payment
Your credit card will be charged straight away for the full payment. This may take a few days to show in your account. You will be billed by Ibiza Spotlight S.L. We accept VISA, VISA Debit/Electron and Mastercard payments.
Here at Ibiza Spotlight we ensure the highest level of transactional security on all credit card orders. To support our already high levels of fraud screening we have implemented Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode.
This is an extra level of authentication which is required by your bank at the moment of purchase - usually a secret password, a pin number, an sms to your mobile with a one-time code, etc.
Validity of the booking confirmation voucher
Your voucher is valid for the dates you specified at the time of booking. This is clearly marked on your voucher.
Confirmation of your booking
As soon as the purchase of the activities has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the individual vouchers for all the booked activities. These vouchers include all contact details, conditions and any important information. We advise you get in touch with the activity suppliers not less than 1 week before your arrival to confirm the dates you wish to do the activity - this may vary - please see your voucher. The voucher together with identification has to be presented to the activity supplier.
Cancellation of a booking
Please see your booking confirmation voucher for the exact cancellation policy, which can vary per activity. Unless otherwise stated on your voucher, the activities can be cancelled up to 4 days prior to the booked date. If you need to cancel, you must send a written cancellation request to Ibiza Spotlight: shop@ibiza-spotlight.com
Any cancellations received within 4 days prior to the booked date will not be refunded, this may also vary per activity. Please check your booking confirmation voucher.
Cancellation by the activity supplier
Should the supplier need to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (eg lack of staff due to illness, repairs) then the supplier will reschedule the activity. If the alternative date does not suit you, then the activity will be fully refunded.
Conditions of Participation
You are personally responsible for compliance with any conditions of participation. The provider reserves the right to exclude participants, who do not meet these conditions, from the activity. In this case, the price paid cannot be refunded.
Exclusion from Participation
The supplier has the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from an activity if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if your participation puts you or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the price paid cannot be refunded.
Personal Responsibility for Insurance
Unless otherwise specified on the booking confirmation voucher, insurance is not included in the price. You are personally responsible for a sufficient insurance coverage. The extent of insurance depends on the booked activity.

Time Zone
For time and date calculations, the time zone of the supplier shall apply.
Liability of the supplier of the tour or touristic service
The supplier of the tour or touristic service is liable according to applicable law. The liability is excluded to the extent permitted by applicable law.
General
These terms of use apply to your use of this site and the service therein and is a legal document which sets out your rights and obligations and those of Ibiza Spotlight in relation to the holiday services offered through this site.
By accessing, using, browsing or booking on this site you agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms of use and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
Any service you purchase using this site will constitute a legal agreement between you and the relevant supplier of the service. Ibiza Spotlight is a portal through which holiday services are made available to you but can not be held responsible for your holiday.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Autonomous Community of the Balearic Islands. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Ibiza in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Ibiza Spotlight publications, sales items and services.
Ibiza Spotlight gives notice that all services are enabled by them as booking system operators for the service provider concerned on the understanding that they shall not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, accident or delay caused by or in any way connected with the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in carrying out the bookings, or of any proprietor or servant, or any liability whatsoever arising in any way directly or indirectly in connection with the making of said booking or sale.
Changes of these General Terms of Business
These Terms of Business are subject to change without prior notice. The terms that are valid at the time of each booking shall apply. The user has no claim that future bookings be completed under existing conditions.
