Ibiza Spotlight Terms and Conditions for activity tickets

  1. Tickets purchased are for the purchaser's and/or the group's personal use. They may not be resold and are non-transferable.
  2. Multiple bookings. In the case of multiple bookings, the person whose name is on the ticket must present him/herself at the activity. Entry will be refused unless the ticket holder is in attendance.
  3. The ticket holder shall be required to present an identity document with a photograph (driving licence, national ID document or passport) at the entrance/pickup point. Photocopies will not be accepted. You can bring your tickets with you either on your mobile phone or printed on paper. If you wish to show your tickets on your mobile phone, please make sure it is charged. If you can not show a valid ticket you will not be allowed to take part in the activity.
  4. You may cancel nearly all tickets purchased directly through Ibiza Spotlight (whose name will appear on your credit card statement) free of any charge through My orders up to 24 hours prior to the activity date, and receive a full refund of the amount paid. There are a few tickets which have different cancellation conditions. These tickets are labelled clearly in your shopping basket and confirmation email. Mostly this refers to the number of days before the activity you can cancel.
  5. Cancellation by the activity supplier. Should the supplier need to cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (eg lack of staff due to illness, repairs, weather) then the supplier will reschedule the activity. If the alternative date does not suit you, then the activity will be fully refunded.
  6. Conditions of Participation. You are personally responsible for compliance with any conditions of participation. The provider reserves the right to exclude participants, who do not meet these conditions, from the activity. In this case, the price paid cannot be refunded. The supplier also has the right to refuse admittance or exclude you from an activity if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, or if your participation puts you or others at risk, or otherwise interferes with the proper conduct of the activity. In these cases, the price paid cannot be refunded.
  7. Personal insurance. Unless otherwise specified on the ticket, insurance is not included in the price. You are personally responsible for a sufficient insurance coverage. The extent of insurance depends on the booked activity.
  8. In the event of theft or loss of the tickets purchased, contact Ibiza Spotlight by e-mail to shop@ibiza-spotlight.com as soon as possible in order to obtain replacements.
  9. In the event that the card used to purchase the ticket is stolen or tickets are purchased through fraudulent use of the card, the amount can be reclaimed by contacting Ibiza Spotlight at least 24 hours prior to the activity. In this case the tickets purchased will be cancelled.
  10. Ibiza Spotlight acts in this transaction merely as an agent for the activity supplier, selling tickets for access thereto, thus any liability is strictly confined to their issue through either physical or electronic means. Ibiza Spotlight gives notice that all services are enabled by them as booking system operators for the service provider concerned on the understanding that they shall not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, accident or delay caused by or in any way connected with the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in carrying out the bookings, or of any proprietor or servant, or any liability whatsoever arising in any way directly or indirectly in connection with the making of said booking or sale.
