Review: Blind Faith by Chase & Status

Single review of latest Chase & Status release 'Blind Faith' featuring Liam Bailey.

Due for release a week before their hotly-anticipated second album No More Idols on January 31st 2011, Chase & Status have paired with up-and-coming singer-songwriter Liam Bailey to create an instantaneous dubstep/dance crossover classic, Blind Faith.

Although it's still a long way off, if Blind Faith is anything to go by then Chase and Status aka Will Kennard and Saul Milton, will surely cement their place as the hottest duo in dance and dubstep in 2011.

The debut album wowed critics and fans alike, selling 50,000 copies in just a week and was peppered with gems of creativity and originality that a majority of dubstep and drum ‘n' bass producers would kill for.

Collaborations with global superstars Rihanna, Jay-Z and The Prodigy have also already hinted at the scale of things to come for the pair and their vision to make music that steps out of the box, evident with the vocal/dubstep crossover in Blind Faith, makes Chase & Status an exciting voice in the genre.
