Space is regularly voted the best club in the world, with good reason too, but it really is the We Love Space … experience that has propelled the club into the hearts of the clubbers worldwide.
And once inside Space on Sunday 17 June it took us all of 5 minutes to remember why !
This was a very different party animal to the Space opening party two weeks earlier, which was packed to the roof and attracted more of a pan-European crowd.
The We Love party draws in a more UK crowd - and with this, a more up-for-it party experience. We’re talking about super-friendly clubbers all dancing with their hands in the air, cheering
every time the music peaks.
And with a line-up designed to keep everyone dancing for a full 22 hrs, finding a musical high isn’t that difficult. Undoubtedly, the main act on Sunday were the ever-reliable Groove Armada, who need little introduction.
However, our highlight for the
day was Space resident, Jason Bye (right) who was awesome as he played out to the swaying Sunset Terrace during the early evening – our favourite time to party at Space.
Henrik B – part of the rising Swedish Mafia – was also on top form as he played an energetic set in the new Terrace later in the evening.
