Following the successful free showcase this winter, SOMA Breath Ibiza and Stargaze rejoin forces for a full day event at the wonderful Las Dalias and Akasha location in San Carlos. Aimed at anyone with a keen interest or curiosity into the world of ground-breaking wellness practices, the event will run from midday until 22:00.
The day will consist of yoga, breathwork and ecstatic dance, brought to you by incredible SOMA Breath professionals. There will be an ice bath to take a dip in and a sauna to warm you back up again. Inspirational talks and live music will grace the garden.
Attendees will discover chill-out areas aplenty, allowing you to sit back, relax and absorb the atmosphere.
In the evening, SOMA Breath's Niraj will lead attendees on a journey through breathwork, to ecstatic dance and followed by a special DJ set in Akasha.
Food and drink served all day.
SOMA Breath Ibiza takes place on Monday 1 May 2023.
