Resonating with the frequency of the planet, Masaka Africana is the ritual experience brought to you by Mickey Dastinz. Moving to Cova Santa in 2024, Masaka fuses Afro, Deep and Progressive House with live instrumentation and tribal percussion.
Summoning spirits from ancient African culture, including the fire goddess Oya and Angolese princess Njinga Mbandi, Masaka is an immersive journey through art, music and the primal artform of dance.
After throwing parties on the Spanish mainland and last summer in the north of Ibiza, Masaka has found an Ibizan home amidst the pines in the hills of San José.
Masaka Africana takes place on selected Fridays. The confirmed dates are 24 and 31 May, 7, 14 and 28 June, 19 and 26 July, 9 and 23 August and 6 and 20 September. Line-ups TBA.
