Holi Garden Festival debuted in Ibiza 2014 with a six date mini-season. A riot of colour, music, and positive spirit, Holi Festival quickly aligned with everything Ibiza is about, and has found the perfect home in the unusual and peaceful setting of Benimussa Park.

The party of colours, which originated in parts of South Asia as a Hindu celebration of colour, love and equality has gained popularity around the world and is coming back for a full Ibiza season in 2016. The opening party takes place on Monday 6 June and then the event happens weekly on Mondays until 19 September, with fun officially kicking off from 4.30PM, when you’ll have two hours to kick back and listen to live music while sipping cocktails round the pool. Then every 45 minutes from 6.30 till 10PM, colour will detonate on the main dance floor to an eclectic house soundtrack with Holi resident DJs Heath Holme and Claudio Ricci, sax extraordinaire Saintro P, plus weekly guests.

In India the annual festival signifies equality, that for once a year everyone is equal, rich or poor, male or female, young or old. But enough with all the serious stuff, let's face it, the main reason you should go is because it's a whole load of fun. Partying under the Ibiza sun, covering your mates in paint, and all to the sounds of some world class DJs ... what's not to like?

All tickets (29€) include 2 colour bags and between the hours of 4.30 and 7 PM, you'll also be able to get your hands on special packages that are a combination of drinks and colour. So for Special Holi Package A you’ll get four drinks and four colour bags for 20€ and for Special Holi Package B you’ll get seven drinks and seven colour bags for 30€ - enough ammunition in all its forms to power you through the night.
