With over three decades of DJing on the clock, Hernán Cattáneo is one of dance music's most championed and evergreen, yet equally humble artists. In summer 2024, the man lovingly referred to El Maestro is embarking on his own mini-series of three parties, taking over Las Dalias and Akasha from day to night (and an extra bonus date, which is Akasha only).
Adored in his Argentina homeland, but globally respected as one of the most consistent, active DJs on the planet, Hernán has always kept his Ibiza appearances limited, guesting at other parties despite a diehard fanbase that would warrant a party in his own name.
After so many years, the dance music community will rejoice at that finally being put right.
Whether playing, producing, remixing or releasing music via his Sudbeat imprint Hernán is passionate in all that he does, displaying an unwavering commitment to showcasing high-quality music that is often hard to pigeon-hole, yet still instantly recognisable as his signature sound.
On these dates, Hernán will play two sets. The first as the sun goes down and then under the stars outdoors and the second inside the intimate club room, playing from the centrally-positioned DJ booth. This spells a double-dose of magic.
Over the four dates, Hernán will be joined by Nick Warren, Sasha, Henry Saiz, Rayco Santos, PAX, Mariano Mellino and Igor Marijuan.
Hernán Cattáneo takes over Las Dalias garden and Akasha club on three Fridays and one newly announced Thursday. The dates are 24 May, 19 July and 10 and 11 October.
