Made in Italy joined forces with Destino Ibiza to bring you an outdoor festival like no other. Flower Power Beat Experience Festival brought the culture of the 60s and 70s to one of the most gorgeous outdoor venues on Ibiza.
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love, Flower Power turned into a festival. On Thursday 13 July 2017, from noon to midnight the popular Pacha party completely transformed the luxury resort.
You could find analog music acts, art performances out of this world, live art, Las Dalias hippie market stands, open-air visuals, holistic experiences, technology, motor collection exhibitions, arty workshops and obviously music. Funky disco, disco-dance and house music were all on the aural menu.
Taking care of tunes, the legendary DJ Pippi was on the decks. The warm-up was in the hands of DJ Domi while DJ Victor Nebot put on a special DJ-set until midnight. After midnight, no worries, as the party continued indoors at Tox, Destino's nightclub.
The art experiences were the work of Jesús de Miguel, Jorge Sánchez de la Campa, Gaston Dargenton and Liquid Orange, among others. Street food and a large chill-out area on the lawn plus the swimming pool were all part of the fun in the Spiritual Garden.
This one-off event brought back the times when parties were explosions of freedom and dancing took place outdoors.
Admission was free before 17:00. If you wanted to join the action later on, you had to grab yourself some tickets.
