After looking after the Club Room twice for MËSTIZA's residency and another two occasions for Paco Osuna presents Now Here in May, Madrid's foremost authority on Techno Blackworks returns to Hï Ibiza for seven full club takeovers in June and September.
Hailing from Spanish capital Madrid and fuelled by a fiercely independent approach, Blackworks has been a key player in the rise of harder, faster Techno across Europe.
The collective has built a loyal homegrown following and earned a name for itself. Especially in its homeland, its raw, high-octane sound has been the catalysts for a paradigm shift, bringing uncompromising underground music back to the forefront of club culture.
This seven date run will explore the most extreme corners of Techno and its associated iconography: industrial brutalist structures, hypnotic visuals, frenetic lighting effects and an intensity that shakes you from the core outward.
Next door in the Club Room, Ukrainian DJ and producer KOROLOVA takes charge for the four dates in June with Captive Soul.
Blackworks takes place on 4, 11, 18 and 25 June before pausing and returning on 10, 17 and 24 September. Full line up TBA.
