Acid Sundays was the number one party at HEART Ibiza in 2015 when it first appeared on the island - possibly even of the summer. After moving to Las Dalias in 2017, it now returns to its spiritual home for its 2018 closing party.
When it started in 2015, snaking queues and total roadblock were the rule on Sundays in Marina Botafoch. Its success can be accounted for by its unrivalled hedonistic spirit, as well as the crowd's fervent eagerness to lose itself in the psychedelic sounds provided by Acid Pauli. In 2016, Acid Sundays returned to HEART Ibiza with a bang and had another successful season.
For its third season in 2017, the popular psychedelic party moved to Las Dalias, returning to HEART on one date only, also for the closing party.
At Acid Sundays you can expect a soundtrack that traverses the realms of not just techno and house, but whatever genre takes the fancy of Acid Pauli and his weekly selection of eclectic live band and DJ guests.
Of course, it wouldn't be HEART without a bit of freaky performance art incorporated. This is definitely a party for mavericks and misfits who dare to dance under neon lights in outlandish costumes.
A party where eccentricity is the only commodity, you can expect a wild and wonderful ride.
The 2018 closing party will be taking place on Saturday 13 October, with doors opening at 23:00.
