Destino Pacha Resort will transform into Destino Five Ibiza for 2025

The rebrand aligns the adult-only hotel with the rest of parent company FIVE Holding's hospitality empire.

Many of you will already be aware that the Pacha Group was acquired by FIVE Holdings part way through its glorious 50-year anniversary in summer 2023. Now, just over a year later, we are starting to see the business impact of the new ownership.

Namely, after closing for summer at the start of the week, Destino Pacha Resort is being refurbished and renamed Destino Five Ibiza.

The winter refit aligns the adult-only hotel with the rest of its parent company's hospitality empire.

Repurposed with renewed energy, whilst preserving Pacha Group's integral tenets, the hotel will undergo a comprehensive renovation of its interior and exterior spaces. Every detail, from dining and leisure facilities to the rooms, suites and villas, will be lovingly redesigned.

Hotel rooms with terraces will be fitted with outdoor bathtubs and equipped with state-of-the-art minibars, as well as the introduction of a new outdoor gym and wellness facility.

The upgrades will also see Destino reclassified from a four-star property, to an elite five-star establishment.

When the hotel reopens in 2025, guests can expect improved food and beverage offerings alongside the enhanced amenities.

Meanwhile, we can also confirm that Marco Carola's Music On Daytime session will make a highly welcomed return to Destino Five Ibiza, so you can expect the same electrifying energy that has made it one of the island's most popular open-air parties.

Ibiza 2024 may not be over just yet, but with news such as this to chew over, we're already looking forward to next summer.

We're sure we'll be seeing and hearing more about the project over the cooler months. For everything Ibiza-related in the meantime, stick with our magazine this winter.
