Taking place from 8 to 14 September, at Ibiza Yoga, close to the beach of Benirrás, expect a week of vibrant activities, mindful practices and pure relaxation. You will be expertly guided through a variety of healing modalities, including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Reiki. Each session is designed to reinvigorate you and bring your body back into its optimal functionality.

The practitioners
Based in LA, Charlotte is a fabulous, free-spirited creative and comedian who enjoys guiding people with focus and flair. She has lived in Ibiza and performed comedy at Pikes and TedX Dalt Vila. For over 14 years, she has been passionately dedicated to uplifting energy, movement and commitment through this practice. You will emerge feeling lighter and glowing with energy. "My style sets up a purposeful practice that will redefine your body and give you results."
Emma is a Reiki practitioner who will nurture your journey while Yuliya's devotion to seasonal, organic ingredients ensures that each meal not only satiates you but sings to your senses. Enjoy the allure of dining as a journey to vibrant health, where each bite is a harmonious blend of balance and vitality.
Price
The price per person for Ibiza residents including all food and drinks, and all sessions is €625 (accommodation not included).
Day passes are also available at €110 and include: morning workout, two practices, coffee break, juices, brunch and dinner.
